Shipping and Returns

 DISPATCH:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 weeks.

(However please select the express option if needed sooner and email us for a guaranteed lead time, we would be more than happy to help!)

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Standard UK Mainland shipping on all orders (1-2 days)

International Orders 

We do deliver Internationally and aim to have international parcels delivered within 9 working days (excluding weekends) however we ask that you allow 20 working days due to potential customs delays. Accurate international shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout

Any international customs charges are paid by the customer not by The Couture Cushion.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hold a strict no returns, refunds or exchange policy as we handcraft each item individually to order - we simply could not run our small family business accepting returns. If you are unsure of the exact colour of the fabric, we advise purchasing samples from us prior to ordering your handcrafted cushions. We are always on hand to send across photo's and video's of the fabrics via email/Instagram, and always offer Interior Design advice to anyone who needs it. 

Any parcel that has been returned to us because of unpaid customs charges will have to be repaid to be sent back. Refunds will not be issued because of this. 

ORDERING 

We offer a 4 hour cancellation  window - increasing to 12hrs - as a grace period if you would like to cancel your order. Anything after this means production could have started, meaning we cannot cancel. This is a strict term and condition of ordering with us, as everything is handcrafted to order. 

Faulty

In the highly unlikely event that a cushion is faulty. You are within your consumer rights for us to put this right for you - whatever the issue. We do not and will not issue refunds without trying to put any issue correct - which is within our legal rights. If we cannot rectify the issue, then that is the only time we will honour a refund or exchange.
