Refund policy

We hold a strict no returns, refunds or exchange policy as we handcraft each item individually to order - we simply could not run our small family business accepting returns. If you are unsure of the exact colour of the fabric, we advise purchasing fabric samples from us prior to ordering your handcrafted cushions. We are always on hand to send across photo's and video's of the fabrics via email/Instagram, and always offer Interior Design advice to anyone who needs it.
